Aït Ben Haddou

Aït Benhaddou is an izuran that has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. It is situated on a hill along the Ouarzazate River and is known for its kasbahs, which are traditional pre-Saharan habitats. The most famous structure in Aït Benhaddou is the ksar of Aït Benhaddou, a large fortress that houses several buildings inside of its high walls.
